1. Why do I need TNN Tachomaster?
With the implementation of the TNN Tachomaster employers needs to be able to keep track of the hours that their workers have worked to ensure that they are not in breach of the new regulations. Using a manual system this is a big task and, even with the help of a computer, somebody still has to enter all of the details for each worker. The TNN Tachomaster System takes away all of this hard work and makes keeping the working time records simple.

2. How does TNN Tachomaster Work?
There are four easy ways that your workers can log their working time:
- By locating a Touch Screen at your reception and / or wherever your workers enter your premises. In addition to your workers, you can also have any visitors to your company log in and out too.
- Using a GPRS enabled mobile phone with the TNN Tachomaster software installed, your workers can update their time wherever they are. This is ideal for your drivers and anyone else that spends most of their time away from the office. It is also possible to access the system using a GSM enabled mobile phone, although this is NOT recommended, due to the significantly higher cost of GSM when compared to GPRS data transmission.
- With a PDA mobile handset with a suitable GPRS data tariff and the TNN Tachomaster Software installed.
- Any worker that has a PC on their desk that is connected to the internet can enter their times on the TNN Tachomaster web site.
In each case the worker simply tells the system when they start and finish work, take a break or, has other "periods of availability" as defined in the TNN Tachomaster. Our powerful software logs the times, calculates the total working time and highlights any infringements - all of this in real time. With its easy to use diary you can see at a glance how many hours have been worked each day, with any infringements instantly viewable. Full working time reports are also just a click away.

3. How much does TNN Tachomaster Cost?
Subscription to the TNN Tachomaster System is free for 28 days from when you sign up, after that it will cost just one pound per worker per week. So if you employ twenty people that's only £20 a week to cater for all of your TNN Tachomaster needs, which is considerably less than if you hired somebody to do this for you. The downloadable mobile phone software is free of charge and there are no hidden call costs.
